Mindfulness Experience – Discovering Inner Peace
Our school social worker led students from different levels in a mindfulness activity. Everyone learned the “finger breathing” technique – breathe in slowly, breathe out gently, and let the mind calm down.
With this simple method, students learned how to find inner peace when feeling stressed or anxious.
The social worker also encouraged everyone: don’t be afraid when facing difficulties. Speak up bravely – there are always people around who are willing to listen and support.
May every student learn to relax and also learn to ask for help.
