Welcome Back to School!

Dear Teachers, Parents, and Students,

Welcome back to school! We hope you had a wonderful summer break and are ready to start a new academic year. We are excited to announce that COVID-19 is over, and everything is back to normal. It's great to see everyone's smiling faces back in the classrooms.

     This year is a special year for us as we celebrate our school's 70th anniversary in December 2023. We have planned a series of events to commemorate this milestone, and we look forward to celebrating with you.

This year is a "fun" year for primary one students. We have cooperated with Ediversity to launch a brand-new General Studies curriculum for primary one students. The course is based on the teaching philosophy of "Learning by Doing (LBD)", to cultivate students' critical thinking skills and creativity through experiential learning, which are the "victory skills" for success in a rapidly changing generation. We believe that only by starting from the perspective of children, providing appropriate guidance when they are confused, listening to children's voices, and respecting their choices can they bravely meet future challenges.

At Kam Tin Mung Yeung, we are proud to be a small school. Our teachers know every student's personality, character, and academic performance, which enables us to help nurture their development over the years. Teachers care and love their students, and we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
